Building Love in Canada
November 19 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
This workshop is designed for Chinese immigrant couples, combining Emotion-Focused Therapy and Acculturation Theory to support growth in a new cultural environment. It offers practical tools to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate cultural transitions. Couples will explore how immigration impacts their relationship and parenting, learn to turn negative patterns into positive support, and build secure attachment, resilience, and community ties.
Strengthening the couple’s bond also creates a more stable, supportive environment for raising children—helping families thrive while honoring their cultural roots in Canada.
