  • HOPE ENDURES – have you ever felt alone, scared, angry or shame because someone else violated your boundaries? Hope Endures is a 7-week group for self-identified females ages 15 to 18 who are survivors of sexual abuse, assault, or harassment. The group will run every Monday from October 27th to December 8th, 2025, at 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Click here for more information.
  • HLULU FAMILY DROP-IN – come and learn about indigenous culture with drumming, teachings, and crafts every Wednesdays from September 10th to December 17th, 2025 at 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Click here to see the poster
  • Early Years Parenting Support Program: December 2025 Group Calendar (for Burnaby and New Westminster residents) with one or more children under the age of 5 years old
  • Parent Education Program: December 2025 Group Calendar – Group content and individual parenting consultations focus on middle childhood and adolescence, and best support parents with one or more children aged 6 to 18, who live in Burnaby and New Westminster
  • HOLD ME TIGHT – a relationship education group for couples. Couples are invited to join 8-week sessions on Zoom held on Tuesdays starting October 7th to December 2nd, 2025, from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. No session on November 11th. Click here to see the flyer.
  • Free Parenting Consultation on Mondays, December 8th and 15th, 2025 between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Click here for more information.
  • Free parent-child drop-in for families with children ages 0-5 on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month when school is in session from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. For December, the drop-ins are on the 4th and 18th. Click here to see the poster.
